What we save

When you request a download, Batala saves your email, the WhatsApp number if you provide one, the guide and format you requested, the request time, campaign information from the link you followed, and your choices about future updates. We use Airtable to store these requests.

What happens next

Your download becomes available on this website after your request is saved. We do not create an account, ask for a password, or send an email or WhatsApp message as part of the download process.

You choose future updates

Email and WhatsApp updates are separate, optional choices. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you into WhatsApp updates. You can download with both update boxes unticked.

Changing your choices

To withdraw permission for future updates, request access to your details, or request removal, contact privacy@batalaautomation.com. Include the email you used for your download.

Browsing remains open

You can read every guide and copy its prompts without submitting your details. We store campaign labels in this browser’s session storage to connect a download request with the post that led you here. The form does not save your email or phone in browser storage.
